Unfortunately we have not had the best experience with outside events. We may make exceptions in some cases however please note that wind, direct sunlight and any moisture in the air may adversely affect the Photo booth quality. If you have an outside event, please call or email us to discuss if we can make accommodations that make our photo booth a fun experience for your outdoor event. Downtime durring outdoor events caused by weather can not be refunded.

Included with your rental, online hosting of your event photos is provided. We will provide you with with a link so that you or your participants can view or even download hi-resolution copies of your event. This photo album will be available for a minimum of 60 days after the date of the event and is included with your rental.

The following items are additional option items. Some of them may incur an extra charge. If so, that charge will be listed.
Double 4 x 6 Prints
If you chose the 4x6 Custom layout for your print. This option is a single print option. Would you like to add a second copy at an additional charge?

Guestbook Options
Would you like to add the Guestbook album option for an additional amount?
- Yes. (You provide the guestbook/album. WNC Photo Booth will provide the supplies and staff to assemble your guestbook for you. We will direct your guests to sign the guestbook next to their photo strip. This option includes 1 2x6 photo strip for your guests and 1 2x6 special print photo strip for you book. Except for the Studio Booth rentals)

Idle Time
In most cases, we must charge for “idle time". Sometimes it is necessary to set the booth up much earlier then the rental period. For example, if you want us to set up the booth by 4:30 but not start the booth until 6:00 we would charge you for the 1.5 hours between set-up and start time. Idle time is reserved for time prior to the event.
